If you need to return an item please send it to the address below, within 14 days of purchase, quoting your original order number. The customer will be responsible for the return postage to our offices if the exchange or refund is due to the item not fitting etc. All returns must be in the original manufacturers packaging with all tags attached, original seals and accompanied by a receipt at all times. The items must also be unworn.

All measurements when supplied by the customer are taken as correct and will be adhered to when producing the goods. Step In Time cannot accept responsibility for items not fitting due to incorrect measurements.
All deposits are non refundable.
